What Shopify plans are supported?

Shopiwrite works with all Shopify plans that include blog functionality: Basic, Shopify, Advanced, and Plus.

How many articles can I generate?

Free Plan: 2 short articles per month
Pro Plan: 15 articles per month (short, medium, or long)

Can I edit articles before publishing?

Yes! We recommend reviewing all content before publishing. You can edit any section directly in the built-in editor.

What languages are supported?

We currently support English and German. More languages are planned.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from the Billing page in your dashboard or from your Shopify admin under Apps > Manage subscriptions.

What happens to my content if I uninstall?

Articles already published to your Shopify blog remain on your store. Your Shopiwrite account data is deleted within 48 hours of uninstalling.

Troubleshooting

Article generation seems stuck

Article generation can take a few minutes. If it hasn't completed after 10 minutes, try refreshing the page or generating a new article. Contact support if the issue persists.

Published article not appearing on Shopify

Check that the correct blog is selected in Settings and that the article status shows "Published". You can also verify in your Shopify Admin > Online Store > Blog posts.
